Authenticity and Vulnerability

Practicing authenticity and vulnerability involves cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion. It requires tuning into our inner voice, honoring our feelings and needs, and treating ourselves with kindness and understanding. It’s about giving ourselves permission to be imperfect, to make mistakes, and to learn and grow from them.
